Here is a great opportunity to acquire an UNISSUED. ex-military, Neil Robertson rescue / extrication stretcher. Complete with mini pillow!

Typically used to remove a casualty from height or underground. These allow the casualty to be encapuslated in the stretcher for hoisting about.

These are NEW/UNISSUED, they have been in storage for a while and will show signs of this.

I do have a couple of used ones available as well.
